Chix n Dumplings

Inspiration
original recipe

One 6 qt dutch oven

Simmer 1 whole chicken or 4 BSCB in 1 quart of water
add:
Maripoix
1 lb Carrots 5:00 pm
1 Onion
1 head Bok Choy
1 lb BSCB Chicken
Dumplings
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whole milk
2 eggs
2 cups master mix (bisquick / krusteaz / pancake mix)
