Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler


2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 tsp powdered egg whites
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla

mix ahead and store or use now:

butter the bottom of the baking pan
open 29 oz can of peaches, drained, reserve the juice

cube peaches in bottom of pan

mix 1/2 juice with 1/2 mix in can, pour over peaches
repeat with remaining juice and mix, scrape can well, toss can.

bake at 400 for 1 hour

makes enough for a patrol of 6 scouts
